House 4 Good - Original with Tag

October 2020

Going forward, I am happy to announce that I will donate 10% of all my commissions back to our local community.  If you have me ‘list’ – or ‘market’ – your home, ten-percent of my gross commission will go to one of the below charities!  If you use my services to find you – or a friend – a house to buy, 10% of my commission will also go back to a local charity. This is my way of ‘Giving Back’ to our local community.

Why I am making this pledge? Like many people, I have had “ups and downs” in my life, but I have always been blessed with a loving and supporting family and community to get me through tough times.  I know what it’s like to need help, to need support.

As the program rolls out, I will regularly update this page – and send out email announcements – with the amounts that the various charities have received. Please be sure the signup for email update to track the Houses-4-Good program!

I hope that you choose to join me and participate in this generous program. It is truly a win-win for our community.  Houses are bought and sold everyday in our area, but these charities previously have not gained from these transactions, until now.  If you join me, I pledge to give 10% of my earnings back to our community!

Thank you very much!
